Real-time monitoring of AGV abnormal stops! 'AGV Visualization System'

[Case Study Available] Instantly understand "why" and "where" during abnormal operation of AGVs using a PC or tablet! Flexibly supports various manufacturers/models with no limit on the number of units.

Our "AGV Visualization System" contributes to real-time monitoring of AGV operations, which are increasingly being introduced in factories and logistics warehouses, helping to quickly detect issues such as abnormal stops. Do you have any concerns with your current AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles)? - I don't know why it stopped abnormally... - I want to quickly understand where it has stopped... - Managing and controlling a large number of AGVs is challenging... By implementing our system, you can check where the AGVs are currently operating using a PC or tablet, and it will also display details of any abnormal stops. Additionally, there are no restrictions on the number of AGVs that can be controlled, and it works with any manufacturer or model, making it suitable for sites with many units or various AGVs in operation. If you are looking to advance "AGV Visualization" or are interested, please feel free to reach out to us. 【Features】 ■ Real-time confirmation of AGV current location via PC or tablet ■ No restrictions on AGV manufacturer/model or quantity ■ Email notifications for abnormal conditions are possible ■ No need for extensive construction *We are currently providing reference materials, including case studies. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Japan Agricultural Corporation: Case Study on the Introduction of Automated Transport Equipment (AGV)

Introducing an automatic transport device (AGV) for transporting foam boards! Mechanizing simple tasks to improve productivity.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)" implemented at Nippon Nōen Co., Ltd. Previously, staff were transporting foam boards using a cart, which weighed nearly 100 kg, making it a labor-intensive task. We aimed to improve operational efficiency through mechanization. After implementation, we were able to reduce manual transportation tasks by automatically transporting an average of 1,200 foam boards per day, which has helped address the issue of labor shortages. [Case Overview] ■Challenges - Labor shortages in the factory - Staff transporting foam boards to a location 100 meters away using a cart - The cart's weight was nearly 100 kg, making transportation labor-intensive ■Effects After Implementation - Automatic transportation of an average of 1,200 foam boards per day - Manual labor can be redirected to other tasks, improving productivity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
